The free drinks in the lobby were a delight to come home to after a hot day out. Staff was great. Room was clean and comfy.

Hotel 88 Shinsaibashi is Phenomenal!We absolutely loved our stay in Osaka and honestly wished we could have stayed longer.If we hadn't already planned to leave for Hakone 5 days later,we would have happily extended our stay.The location is unbeatable-just a short walk from the train station and only steps from the incredible restaurants,shopping,and nightlife of Dotonbori.It was the perfect home base for exploring Osaka.What truly sets this hotel apart,though,is the staff.Every single person we interacted with was warm,welcoming,and genuinely committed to making our stay exceptional.As we were checking out,my husband casually asked Travis if he knew of any golf courses in Hakone.Instead of simply making a recommendation,Travis went above and beyond by helping my husband book his tee time.Then,to top it all off,the hotel owner generously offered to drive our family of 4-and all our luggage-to the train station so we could catch the Shinkansen to Hakone.Travis kindly coordinated everything,making our departure completely stress-free.The entire team deserves an A+ for their outstanding hospitality!The hotel itself is modern with cultural artwork and artifacts that gave it a unique character.Our room was incredibly spacious,featuring 2 large beds,a dining area,large fridge,and one of our favorite amenities-a massage chair that was absolutely perfect after walking more than 20,000 steps each day!This was easily one of the best hotel experiences we've had!We'll absolutely be back!

This hotel go beyond expectations! Manager and Staffs were super helpful and nice! From efficient checkin, early room access, communication with restaurant to book a birthday celebration, to a surprise offer free shuttle to airport (this cannot be request and depends on availability). Spacious room, comfort clean bath, 24 hours variety of nice drinks at lobby. Washer, Dryer, Message Chairs is convenient. Pleasant stay ;)

Clean and well kept room and lobby area. They even placed a massage chair in our room which was so helpful after completing thousand steps per day! New towels and bottled water were supplied daily. Free refreshments downstairs. The staff are all wonderful and accommodating. They even walked us to the nearest train station going to Nara and again on our way to Kyoto! Saved us a train transfer and the possibility of getting lost! Super close to train stations, convenient stores, Dotombori, and shinshaibashi shopping centers. Highly recommend and would definitely come back and stay in this hotel!

The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s location was outstanding—just a short walk from Osaka-Namba Station (Exit B4) and conveniently close to Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi, and Namba Parks, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The complimentary bottled water replenished daily was a thoughtful touch, and the additional amenities, including the complimentary beverages available downstairs, exceeded our expectations. Overall, this hotel provided an exceptional experience in every aspect. From its outstanding service and prime location to its thoughtful amenities, it has earned a place among my top five favorite hotels of all time. I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka.

This was a nice and spacious room in Osaka. We liked it.

The room, amenities, location and staff were awesome! Loved the help from the front desk. I really appreciated the patience and multiple languages they spoke. My kids loved the free beverage options in the lobby. The family room was perfect for my family of four. Plenty of room for all of us and big TVs to was the Knicks finally win the championship!

Staff was great. Loved the pool table, massage chairs and drink upon checking in. Room was fair but adequate. We would stay there again.

This is spotless hotel, very clean. Staff are polite and friendly. Staff is so kind to let us check in early. We booked superior twin room for 4, lot of spaces and storage. Travis offered us a drive to bus station. It is a plus when you staying here. Will come back again
