Beautiful grounds but we came in at night and the person at the desk seemed very uninterested in giving directions on how to find the building our room was in. We ended up driving around for a bit and then walking the campus to find it.

Outdoor pool closes at 6 pm, way too early. Bring your walking shoes!! A lo of walking.

This hotel was great for what I was looking for for the weekend. It's very family friendly, even dogs are allowed! The room was just fine but it did have a bit of a damp smell and it was very dark. My room was at the basement level so I would ask about getting an above ground room next time. The buffet breakfast was terrific, if a little pricey, and the grounds are lovely. We saw deer and rabbits!

It’s a beautiful old hotel, but I was shocked at how dirty it was. The pool area bathrooms were disgusting and it doesn’t look to be well maintained.

Though we only stayed one night, the room was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed having dinner and drinks in the outside seating around on the lawn and listening to the DJ. Very enjoyable, relaxing stay. Would definitely come again when we could enjoy more of the amenities.
