Ottimo The staff was friendly. It's a bit far from the city center, but the metro station is right across the street. You can get to the center of Paris in 15 minutes. The place isn't bad.

The staff was nice. But the property does not look as clean as the pictures on expedia website. We learned if you want to see the famous sites (Eiffel tower, Louvre, Notre-Dame, etc) just get a hotel walking distance. This place is far away. Don't try to rent a place with a kitchenette; just rent a hotel room near the famous sites. The kitchen at this place was a sink and a electric kettle, not much. The train may be nearby but it was kind of an unsafe neighborhood.

Room was clean, staff was friendly enough. It does cost to change linens which was fine for my stay, just beware. I enjoyed this location for the price. Just a short train ride to get to Paris. For me the price difference was worth the train ride. My room did not have air conditioning which didn’t matter for my time of year.

The condition of the hotel no WiFi they don’t clean the rooms the front desk closes is cheap hotel.

The property itself is very good, but services & communication - very poor.
Knowing we would be checking in very late for a one-night stay, so we messaged the property more than 24 hours before about it. Did not get any kind of acknowledgment. We arrived around 10pm. Front door was locked & front desk was dark. There weren’t any kind of communications/signs in English on how or who to contact for assistance other than the ‘Borne check-in’ sign. Lucky for us, the uber driver noticed we were ‘in trouble’, he helped us check-in. Even he had trouble with the Borne check-in process. He was able to get us the keycard for the room but the machine did not print out the confirmation with the room number. He had to call the property (contact infos was not in English) & that’s how we got the room number.
