We stayed here for 5 nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful, it was clean all of the time we were there. The hotel is well situated if you are exploring several parts of Osaka - with about a 10-15 minute walk to a handful of stations that go to these places. There were lots of convenience stores nearby too. The size of the room is all that made this a 4 star review for us - a little more space would go a long way for two people with big suitcases etc. A small thing but very much appreciated was umbrellas being available by the entrance for borrowing by people staying at the hotel. Wi-fi was reliable, TV worked well enough for what we wanted. Luggage forwarding was made super easy by the staff, check-in, and check-out were also simple. We left our luggage at arrival as we were too early to check-in. We are from the UK and had a fee to pay for visitor/tourism tax when we arrived. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Ottimo Great hotel! walking distance from Namba and Dotonbori, you can take the subway from here to most places. Room was small but ok in general. Helpful staff and nice welcome!

If you lose a room key you will be charged 70 dollars or 10,000 Yen. Which is an absolute scam. Only two room keys are issued in the beginning of the stay but if you lose a room key you have to be escorted to your room. I understand the security purpose but 70 dollars/10,000 yen for a piece of plastic is an outright scam. I highly advise anyone who is staying here to dive deeper into any hidden fees that may occur.
