Overall, the place looked simple but nice. However, less than 10 minutes after we entered the room, a piece of the ceiling fell on us along with a metal sheet, which was very concerning and unsafe.
The towels were stained, and the bathrooms were not properly cleaned. When I went down for breakfast, the sign said it was served until 11:00 AM, but when I arrived at 10:20 AM, they told me it had to be taken to go.
The gym was completely wet the day I went, and there were just too many disappointing details throughout the stay. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet expectations.
