Only stayed one night but very comfortable. Staff was helpful. Don't know why it was only rated a 2 star motel.

Got there two hours after check in and was told room not clean yet and come back in half hour.. after driving all day that was the worst.. and I asked if we could check out an hour after checkout. Was told no. They have strict checkout times but do not count on your room being ready if you have a reservation.. I will never stay there again..

This was a great hotel to stop at halfway through our trip from the coast to home. It was clean, right off the interstate, and close to everything in The Dalles. Perfect for traveling families. The people that were at the front desk were super helpful and kind.
