The staff were exceptionally helpful, courteous, and professional throughout our stay. One staff member was particularly knowledgeable about the local area and provided excellent recommendations for food, shopping, and places of interest around the hotel.
The doormen were also very attentive and assisted us with our luggage. We were especially impressed by their kindness and professionalism, as they politely declined our offer of a tip.
The café offered a wonderful selection of delicious buns and pastries, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel amenities were also excellent and contributed to a very comfortable stay.
Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would gladly recommend this hotel to others.
