A struggle to Iron clothes in the morning, waiting 2 hours for an iron. Caused some unnecessary stress as travelling for work.
Other than that room was good and Air con was well needed.
Breakfast was disappointing.

Ottimo Twin bed room for my daughter and I.
Room was clean and tidy, beds were very comfortable. Great air conditioning especially for the heat wave during our stay. Location was good, 2 tube stations only a few minutes walk from the hotel for travel into London city centre. Also shops and restaurants and pubs nearby are open till quite late.

I had an enjoyable stay here. I loved that the location was a quiet, serene street but still just a short walk to a main strip/tube station (5-7 minute walk) in one direction and to the Portabella market area in the other direction (maybe a 15- 20 minute walk).
Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was small but adequate. The balcony was inaccessible but I had a lovely view of the small park/garden area across the street.
I’d stay again for a reasonably priced room in a quiet area.

Unfortunately, we thought that breakfast was included; however, it was not. This was disappointing since, in my search on Booking, I had specifically searched for breakfast included. We did enjoy our stay, just the same. The room was clean, and the hotel was centrally located, very near tube stops, groceries, restaurants, etc. The view from the window was lacking, and the room was small. Just the same, I would stay there again. The staff were very nice, and we had a good visit.

It was a clean room that suited my needs. I was in the basement so a bit noisy with street noise but was more down to other guests rather than the hotel. Bathroom was clean. My bed was comfortable and was made each day. The air conditioning was a nice addition. Providing the price is right, I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is fairly well located for bus & Tube travel.
The room is nicely furnished with plenty of storage space and a good selection of complimentary items including bottled water, tea, coffee & biscuits.
The bathroom is modern & well-appointed with a shower that's easy to use. Somewhere to place shampoo, soap, et cetera inside the shower would have been useful.
The outlook from the window in this lower ground room was not great, but what you might expect from this type of property. The only negative aspect was the light shining in through the window during the night. The curtain wasn't up to the job. It was barely more than a net curtain & let through most of the light.
However, other than that, I would have only positive comments to make about this hotel, and I would be more than happy to stay there in the future.

Room smelled of wet dog and smoke, staff unhelpful, very run down. Avoid unless last resort.
