The stay was booked for two, entered the room there was lots dead mosquitoes lying on the bather counter, bath tub and floor, advised reception they changed our room to bigger and spacious room, appreciated however when went for shower, there was no body wash, towel rack had only one towel. Ordered room service dinner , fries served was cold and stale, when complained they said they will allow discount on food bill, during check out no discount was applied, when asked reception, he advised that Bev Manager said he couldn't allow any discount. We checked out early morning so no breakfast despite paying for breakfast, that's fine as breakfast timing was from 630am. Reception offered coffee and Tea, we waited for 10mins no one got us the beverage, so advised reception not too worry as Uber was waiting. As we were loading luggage and about to get seated, someone came running with both cups in a paper bag. when they handed the the bag both cups spill and hot tea fell on me, the bag was passed back to security.
