I was extremely disappointed with my stay. I paid over $700 for just two nights, and the experience was nowhere near worth the price.
The hotel looks much nicer in the online photos than it does in person. The rooms were outdated, and the beds were some of the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on.
The staff was, for the most part, rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful. I requested extra towels and bedding during my stay, but they never arrived. Instead of being accommodating, most employees came across as snarky and acted like helping guests was an inconvenience.
The pool wasn’t even working, which was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. On top of that, valet parking cost $100 for just two nights, which felt excessive.
The only positive part of our experience was the valet attendant. He was friendly, courteous, and the only employee who made us feel welcome.
To make matters worse, when I called I wasn’t given accurate information about the property or its amenities. Had I known the true condition of the hotel, that the pool was unavailable, and what the overall experience would be like, I WOULD HAVE DEFINITELY STAYED SOMEWHERE ELSE !!
For a hotel charging over $700 for a two-night stay, I expected clean, comfortable accommodations, courteous staff, and the amenities that were advertised. Unfortunately, this hotel failed to deliver on all of those expectations. I would not stay here again, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
