The rating is due to issues we found with our room. The best this hotel has is the employees. Very helpful and tried to resolve our questions requests and issues as fast and good as possible. The issues are more related to the poor maintenance. Not sure if lack of budget as maintenance parson help us promptly with other issues. On arrival we noticed the shower rusty, the soap holder broken and the ceiling with signs of previous leaks. Bathroom doors need a good paint coat. A Cockroach was in the room (same for other family member room)
Again, employees are great and helpful. Beds were clean. Breakfast was good and shuttle on time and driver was friendly.
Owner should make physical improvements as age is showing around. Elevator, side access doors, etc.
