We arrived at noon, knowing that we could not check in yet, no problem at all. Asked if we were Marriot rewards memebers and I said yes and gave them my email. NO email on file, so they asked if I wanted to join, and I said Yes. Oh that email is already on file, YES becasue I told you I had an account. HIs resposnes was OH WELL. We were told to come back at 4 to get keys and we did. Oh your room is not ready, could you come back? They said they weould text when the room was ready, but they did not.
