Hice una reservación meses antes porque mi mamá y yo teníamos planeado ir a México Cancún para disfrutar un rato pero por un inconveniencia no pudimos ir fueron casi 500 dólares lo que gastamos en reservar las habitación y todo lo demás traté de cancelar mi reservación en la aplicación y me decía que si cancelaba no me daban reembolso mi mamá y yo tuvimos problemas y no pudimos ir entonces traté de cancelar pero no me querían dar mi reembolso y ni siquiera fuimos al hotel ni nada en precios estaba bien pero solo si están seguros de ir nuestra reservación fue de 7 de junio a 10 Vayan al hotel solo si deverdad están seguro de ir porque este hotel no te da rembolso ni nada parecido ni créditos si cancelas y eso que quería cancelarlos una semana antes que mal la verdad que no me hayan dado aunque sea la mitad del rembolso ni nada parecido.

This place is like the best kept secret. Friendly environment - they're always saying hey, always smiling, etc.; safe - security asks room numbers to anyone entering and leaving the property; Sports Arena Bar - delicious; beach area - they're out there early in the morning raking seaweed; My mom needed her blood pressure checked everyday and they so kindly did that for her. Not only that, they watched her and kept an eye on her throughout our entire stay and would ask if she was doing great; the head gardener - He has been at that property for over 20 years and was so friendly; towel boys - Friendly; that part of the beach is absolutely stunning; the area is quiet, but doesn't feel vacant; you never have to fight for chairs; the place is clean and they are ALWAYS updating something and staying on top of things; lifeguard was very attentive to his job; housekeepers - Wonderful; I really cannot say enough about this place and I have traveled all over the world. Best part of it all, AFFORDABLE, but they don't sacrifice the quality. Pools are Amazon and there are so many; beautiful property; I was stunned to see how nice this place was after what I paid. The bartenders work hard and friendly. Everyone looked like they loved their job even if they didn't. incredible place and enjoyed every second of it.

Absolutely loved our stay at The Westin Cancun! The resort was beautiful, clean, and the beach was breathtaking. The staff were so kind and made us feel welcome throughout our trip. It was the perfect place to relax, and I would definitely come back again!

Clean room

Friendly and kind staff. Property is well maintained, but it needs some updates and fixes. It is family friendly. Every day there are fun activities to enjoy with family. There are 3 different pools, not to deep. Buffet breakfast is really good. Sea and stones restaurant is closed on Tuesday’s, and did not meet the expectations. Sports and Bar is a better option. There is a small convenience market inside the resort. There are two different bars. In general, it was a good stay.
