Al di sotto della media Hair all over the beds and phone does not work; Advertised as breakfast included but did not provide at all. No water bottle in the room for making coffee. Refrigerator was smelly, felt like throwing up when opened it.

Al di sotto della media Room was very dirty. There was mold on shower curtains and along the tub. Floors didn’t look like it had been mopped. There were stains on the walls. Curtains were worn out. The couch was gross. It was so stained. The towels were just as gross. Both were stained.we will never stay here again.

Bene It’s an old hotel.Needs renovation.The advertisement in Expedia says it includes breakfast but no breakfast in the hotel. The room is clean but sink not draining well but it was fixed at once by Cris.
Despite of the above comments, Cris the manager was super nice.
False advertisement by Expedia. No breakfast in the hotel!

MANAGER CHRIS CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT, HE WAS VERY HELPFUL, SOME ROOM AMENITIES CAN USE MORE UPGRADES, BUT MY IVERALL STAY WAS VERY COMFORTABLE

Absolutely filthy dirty. Amenities? You mean the blow dryer that blew out sparks? Disgusting. Dirty. No help or offer to move rooms.

I thought Days Inn was a respected chain I've stayed at over the decades. I needed a place close to a trailhead, but was shocked when I arrived at the hotel. It was a dark entrance, a dark parking lot, and extremely loud music blasting somewhere nearby.
Although the staff was helpful in getting me a room, I quickly noticed the phone was disconnected, and the bathroom dingy and dirty evident of years of use. The staff returned to the room, moved the bed to access the phone hookup, revealing tons of dust and dirt. After changing the cord, phone still didn't work and he left.
The bed was awkwardly made up with the top sheet on top of the blanket. Who wants to sleep with a scratchy blanket next to their skin? What?!
While trying to salvage the night before a big hike, I realized I could not drown out the booming music nearby. So I packed up and returned to the office to drop off the key.
Staff did not suggest a refund, or anything, so I left driving, an hr and half back home without going on my hike. I'll never again trust Days Inn. Why not call the police and lodge a noise complaint? I'm sure the city of San Jose has noise ordinances after 11 pm. Never again.
