The staff were wonderful, friendly, and very helpful.
The location was perfect, right in front of the beach and surrounded by excellent restaurants.
The hotel also was fantastic.
The only downside for me was the cleanliness. When we arrived, there were pieces of paper on the nightstand, the surfaces were dusty, and there was hair in the shower and on the bathroom faucet. I expected a higher standard of cleanliness, which was disappointing.
Even after requesting that the room be refreshed, the cleanliness did not improve. The room remained dusty and dirty, and it appeared that the floor had not been vacuumed. Housekeeping seemed to consist only of making the bed and replacing the towels, without thoroughly cleaning the room.
