Fantastico
This was a beautiful villa and I couldn’t believe the amount of space. The bathroom and part of the open area caught some rain during the nights but I still love the openness. The staff preparing breakfast in the villa was awesome! My only hiccup with this property was the inspection upon checking out which took a long time for me heading to the airport. Apparently, they believed I stole a hairdryer ? Turns out, there was never a hairdryer in the room.

The staff and their service was the highlight of the stay. They were all friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. Loved having a sound system and TV. The accomodation its self is tired and in need of attention. Tiles missing in the pool, pool in general could do with a deep clean. Towels and Linen in need of replacement, frayed and stained. Lights not working, kitchen cupboard doors falling off.

Stayed at Bhavana Villas recently overall a nice stay. The villas aren’t super modern or luxury, and cleanliness could be a bit better in parts, but nothing that completely ruined the experience. The staff were honestly the highlight. So kind, welcoming and always happy to help with anything they really made the stay feel special. Location is also really good, close to Seminyak Square and easy to get around. Not perfect, but still enjoyed our time here thanks to the amazing staff and convenient spot.

The staff was very nice but the room had this best ages,a long time ago it was definitiv beautiful but not more. To expensive for what is offering . Charge 100000 for a little bowl of fruit way to much.so sorry for that place could be so great . C.Miller

The front desk staff were very friendly and very helpful i appreciated them the most. My only concern for not putting 5 stars is the privacy of the villas. Around 8pm housekeeping entered my villa without my knowledge as i was alone this did not make me feel comfortable. I Would like to suggest notifying your guests before hand that you are entering their villas it's an intrusion of privacy and can make people feel very uncomfortable because someone is entering without their knowledge. This villa has multiple doors to enter the main room Which is quite alarming when you have strangers coming into your villa without your knowledge. Other then that no Other concerns. Thank you.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The customer service was excellent. My AC wasn’t working properly and they offered another room to sleep until they were able to fix it the next day. The internet was a bit spotty the villa was clean when I arrived and cleaned daily. There was plenty of services offered right at the villa I did a floating breakfast and flower bath and also had a massage and facial which was in my room. Overall good experience.
