Friendly staffed but they over promised and did not deliver. Celebrating my daughter’s graduation, promised to do something special and they did nothing. I didn’t want to keep asking. So that was disappointing

Best hotel we stayed at on our Europe trip! Clean and perfect location to everything really. Lots of restaurants and markets nearby and right next to the beach. We had a pretty decent sized room, bed, and bathroom too. Staff was great and so was their breakfeast!!

Charming chic, whimsical art deco style hotel with a fabulous, friendly, enthusiastic staff. Lovely outdoor garden with deck and seating. Excellent location! Larger rooms for Paris. I highly recommend this hotel.

My room had a very awkward layout, particularly the tv is very far from the bed and the wc is too close to the shower to the point that if you don’t pay attention you can hit your head.

The front staff is so friendly Tyron (spelling could be wrong) was exceptional! We had a great room on the 7th floor and it was ready when we got there at 1130 am which was so nice for us after an overnight flight! This location is so perfect! We felt incredibly safe and it’s only a 2 min walk to the arc! So so easy to catch an uber as the street is very private and quiet. The only thing that annoyed us is that housekeeping wouldn’t respect when we said we didn’t need service. One of us was taking a nap in the room and they continued to clean instead of leaving like asked. The worst part was the final morning at 7 am having housekeeping just walked straight into our room- no knock nothing and we were woken up earlier than we needed but also kind of scared by a random person coming into our room while asleep.
If this wouldn’t have happened it would have been 5 stars completely.

Room small but clean, issue with shower head not being cleaned water spurting everywhere.
Staff were friendly, gym small and main weight machine was out of order.
Very well situated.

Great location. Welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and very clean room with a nice balcony overlooking Le Sacre Cœur in the distance. Staff was responsive to our needs. We would certainly stay here again! Thank you!

Fantastico Adorable hotel. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Water delivery very day was appreciated. Very comfortable. Just make sure you are able to get up over a tub to get into the shower or make sure you have a room that has a walk in if there are some. We were in one of 2 rooms on the 8th floor and it was very charming!

Beautiful boutique hotel. Staff are incredible! Location is perfect. It’s an older hotel that’s been remodeled. Our view of the Eiffel Tower was out of this world!
