Very comfortable and convenient hotel. Right next to Genoa Piazza Principe station. Extremely comfortable bed.

They welcome us my husband and I,in a courteous way. Explain to us the services they had. Called a taxi for us I really appreciate the good manners and excellent welcome towards us.

Pros: As close to Plaza Principe train station as you can get. Super convenient for a train the next morning. The staff was very pleasant and professional. The rooms were generously sized - we had a family room and had two full-size bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Cons: This is a budget hotel at a not-budget price. Towels are thin and small, beds were saggy, one thin pillow per person. There is one master light switch that controls the power for the whole room, but it's not labeled and no one mentioned it at check-in. This includes the a/c, which turned off several times during the night. The elevator is an old cage elevator that can only hold 2 people, and several times other guests didn't close the door at other levels so it wouldn't arrive. We did not have breakfast, but it looked average. If you need a quick stop for an overnight stay with minimal hassle getting to the train station, this is great. If you want anything else, look elsewhere.

Excellent location with a great cafe nearby and several good restaurants. Hotel breakfast rooms a small and can be very busy with large tour groups. But food is good value. Would like more fruit!

The staff were all extremely kind and helpful :) The location is PERFECT! The property itself seems a bit older but they definitely do their best to keep it very clean but some small things were broken (loos floor boards).

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, and clean and comfortable bedroom (ask for one on back of building for less noise). The only minor complaint is a mold stain in the shower, which should be removed.

We stayed for two nights to explore the city and use the train station 100 meters away to travel to Cinque Terra & take a boat tour to Porto Fino. This city has unbelievable food! The staff were amazing at recommending excellent restaurants and were very knowledgeable & friendly. A big thank you to Lorenzo and this colleagues. Great place!!

Right across the train station, right at the corner of Old Town. Bus station and Metro near by. Many museums around. Good restaurants.
