The bed was pretty comfortable. It was supposed to be nonsmoking room, but the room smells cigarette smoke- smells bad. The check in staff was nice, the morning staff at front desk was ok. The driver - Ramada shuttle was very rude!! Throughout our entire life of traveling never met such a rude driver. We said good morning to him and he just ignore us, which is fine no big deal. He didn’t say a word he just opened the back door, we were awaiting on if he wanted us to go ahead put the luggage in? As most shuttle driver voluntary put the guest luggage themselves- so we were unsure, we have no problem on putting our luggage as it should be, but like I said most driver volunteer to do it. We were patiently waiting if we can go ahead, and as I was telling my husband, son, and daughter’s bf. Guys let’s just go ahead and put our luggage there I’m sure that’s what he meant. As I was saying that, the driver then came around, look me in the eye angrily and said to me what are you waiting!? It’s your luggage!? I responded very friendly and said, oh okay we can do that, and he walks away hop in his driver seat, about 3-4 mins later he came back around and re- arrange how we set our luggage- almost kind of throwing our bags - I don’t think he meant it purposely, maybe because it was just kind of heavy for him? We just look at each other and went ahead hop in. We appreciate the service, but the way his actions was not appropriate.

The first room we were checked into had bugs flying around in the shower. The staff was super helpful and friendly. We were given another room that was bug free. Overall, friendly staff and ok accommodations for a single night we stayed.

Ottimo
Although the room was clean, the room and hotel need a renovation in its future. You had to call from the airport for a shuttle pickup.

Room felt dirty, smelled like cigarettes even though it was non smoking. I paid for a premium room but I heard others complain that their rooms didn't even have microwaves. I would not stay here again.

I have stayed at Ramada‘s in the past. This was not a very good experience. I don’t appreciate reserving a specific room type and then having it switched on me because of their poor management. No offer of any compensation or anything. I asked why I’m not getting the room that I booked and they just said it’s the same price for two queens as it is for one King so they just decided to do it. I feel like if I have a room reservation for a King. Then I would actually get that.

The hotel was hard to find, checking in the staff was overly casual and smelled like strong cigarettes, the room was clean but no directions for an elevator were provided so we carried suitcases up multiple flights of stairs. No breakfast was served.
