I booked a 2 day stay. Upon check-in I noted that the sink faucet sputtered as if there were air in the line. It cleared up so I wasn't concerned. However, the next day all the water in the room was shut off, no sink, no shower and no toilet. The front desk was aware of the issue, calling it an emergency repair that caused the lack of water, however since it appears to have happened before (As noted about my check-in experience above) it would appear that they were doing some sort of maintenance that should have been disclosed at check in (perhaps moving me to a different part of the hotel -there are 2 towers and it was mid-week, so space should have been available elsewhere). When I protested, I was told that they were only authorized wo waive the resort fee for one day. I don't think that being in an uninhabitable room was rectified by merely waiving the resort fee. They should have either moved me or refunded the entire amount for that day.
