We had a great stay at The Laguna, it is a really wonderful hotel, and very tastefully decorated. The only criticisms we have would be constancy of service and quality between restaurants/bars. The Balé Bar was fantastic, and Lili was a true star of the hotel - that level should be applied across the whole hotel without question.
The other bars and restaurants did not match this level of service and the quality of drinks was often inconsistent, which became annoying. Also, the music coming from the beach bar KulKul is awful(!!), please turn it down or off. It was also very alarming to be expected to pay to use loungers by the KulKul pool, even when purchasing food and drink.
