Overall, our stay was okay, but there were several disappointing experiences. The hotel itself was clean, and the rooms were well maintained, which we appreciated.
Unfortunately, the staff were not very friendly or helpful throughout our stay. One night, we were unable to sleep because there was a loud fight on our floor that continued for quite some time, and it significantly affected our experience. We also wanted to have dinner at the hotel restaurant, but we were turned away because they said they close at 10:00 PM, even though we arrived close to that time.
While the cleanliness of the hotel was a positive, the lack of hospitality and the disturbance during the night made our stay less enjoyable than we had hoped.
