For the price it was clean and did the trick

All in all not a bad place but I've stayed better. Owner could be more polite.but staff was very helpful,polite and courteous.rooms have no fridge and your lucky to get a remote for tv.

There are about 10 parking spots which were all taken up and there is no other parking and the entire area is under construction.

Its in a poor part of town. They are making improvement, but have a long way to go. Bed was comfortable, linens were clean but only one towel in the room. Light ou the outside was shinning in the window all night...only a light weight curtain in tje room. I felt safer when the owner told me someone was at the entrance atvall times.

Do not stay here. Booked longer but only stayed 1 night - then left first thing in the morning. Unclean and unsafe. No form of refund either.

Absolutely TERRIBLE!! I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite traveling with legitimate service animals, I was refused accommodations. Service animals are not pets, and being denied a stay because of them created an unnecessary and stressful situation. Before booking, I trusted that properties listed on Expedia would understand and follow basic accessibility requirements. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Afterward, I looked through many of the reviews and noticed a pattern of complaints from other guests as well. It makes me question why Expedia continues to partner with a property that consistently receives poor feedback. I cannot recommend this hotel and would encourage future guests, especially those traveling with service animals, to confirm the hotel’s policies in writing before booking.

Realize, we are talking downtown East St. Louis. One block away is the remnants os Sportsman Park. This is where the Cardinals played until 1966. I had been on the road for over 3 days. I was tired, and it was late. I was tired and looking for a bed, nothing more. The sheets were clean, and bed comfortable. I slept well. Nothing current of fancy. Woke up refreshed, and continued on my travels

Guy at the front desk was rude. The room looked like an escape room, pretty terrifying or like a crime scene. Filthy bathrooms, filthy bedding with burn holes. Dangerous area with crack heads on the corner asking for money as your are trying to check in.

This hotel is completely unfit for habitation; it needs to be demolished.
