Our stay at Charlie’s El Nido was absolutely wonderful and truly exceeded expectations. The rooms were perfect — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The bathroom was spacious and modern, and we loved having a balcony overlooking the pool, which made mornings and evenings especially relaxing.
The restaurant was fantastic. Breakfast every day was excellent with plenty of options to choose from. The omelet station was a highlight, along with fresh fruit selections, a variety of hot dishes, and fluffy pancakes made fresh upon request. Everything felt fresh, well-prepared, and enjoyable.
What really made this stay special was the staff. Every single team member — from the front desk and restaurant staff to security and transportation personnel — was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Their hospitality made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay.
The hotel amenities were great as well, including a full bar, gym, and a beautiful pool area that was perfect for relaxing after island tours.
Overall, Charlie’s El Nido is a fantastic place to stay, and we would absolutely return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting El Nido!
