When I first checked in, the lady at the front desk is very friendly with a sunshine smile, I forgot her name, I remember that she is from Luzhou, Sichuan. When I checked out, the front desk manager is also very nice, I remember her Chinese name: Yan Yanan, very professional and down to earth.
Whoever cleaned my room did a good job and very considerate, making me feel very comfortable.
I had several meals on the 43rd floor, the whole crew did an amazing job, special thanks to Helen( manager), Yoki(not sure if I spelled her name correctly), Yvenet( not sure if I spell her name correctly), especially I want to say thank you so Sabrina, she is new, but she tried very hard to do a great job, offering my family an awesome time in Shanghai .
