The room was small but comfortable, the AC worked perfectly.

The location of the property was perfect, everything was within walking distance and the staff were very helpful. I would stay here again

Great spot by a ton of places and right by a Public street car. I walked all over and this is a fairly central location to get most places. Room it self was great, no complaints.

I was here for 5 days with my small dog. Green space is near so it was great! The room may seem smaller but the location makes is an excellent trade off. Housekeeping did great and the staff were great. My only complaint is the TV set for guests in the dining area could be much larger when there are crowds.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. Before arriving, I telephoned the hotel to ask if it was permissible to stop outside the entrance for a couple of minutes to unload our luggage. I was explicitly told that this was fine. Acting on the hotel’s instructions, we did exactly that. Within moments, we were confronted by the police, informed that no stopping or parking was permitted, and I ultimately had to attend the police station because of the false information given by the hotel. This situation should never have happened. What is equally unacceptable is the hotel’s complete lack of accountability. I have sent two messages and spoken directly to a member of staff, yet no one has had the courtesy to respond, apologise, or even acknowledge what happened. The room was also poorly prepared. The sink was blocked, dirty towels from previous guests had been left behind, and dirty drinking glasses had not been replaced. These are basic housekeeping standards that every hotel should meet. Providing guests with incorrect information that results in police involvement is completely unacceptable. Combined with poor cleanliness and appalling customer service, this experience fell far below any reasonable standard. I cannot recommend this hotel and will certainly not be returning.

I did the right move to choose the NYX. Excellent location, clean and confty room. Great breakfast. Super friendly staff.

I rarely leave reviews, but this hotel (especially for the price) is one of the worst I’ve stayed in The pillows are horrible, we’ve went to the lobby on 3 different days to request other pillows, and were promised each time that we’ll get other pillows, didn’t get them of course. The mattress is basically 2 different beds connected together and they slid apart during the night, was impossible to slip in the middle and it was basically like my wife sleeping on one bed and me on another. The air conditioning will only go down to 19 degrees, but in reality felt hotter. I’ve stayed in Amsterdam many times and this is definitely my worst hotel for this price point.

I would not recommend When looking under the bed there is cookies packaging , not cleaned up Room was very very small The phone inside the room to call the reception was not working The internet keep disconnecting and was slow And on the top of that we got bite with mosquitoes at night The gym is in construction which is not disclosed Hotel staff got an attitude when we addressed the issues The restaurant of the hotel is not very good too Anyway never again the Nyx
