The staff was friendly and helpful, even tracking me down at breakfast after I'd left something in our room and was about to leave. Overall, the hotel was sufficient but no frills.

Al di sotto della media The price is unreasonable considering there is no pool or vending machines. Breakfast is cold prepackaged muffins and instant oatmeal. Or stale cocoa pebbles and corn flakes and good luck with the staff having milk available.

This location is always clean anf helpful. The front desk help all the way to house keeping are top notch. I recommend this location for any staying in the u of h downtown area.

This was a very basic stay. It was clean, had everything needed for an overnight stay. Humidity was a little odd, but that’s TX for you. Very close to an HEB which was nice.
