Spent 3 nights at the GWL at the end of July and it was great! The waterpark is superb. The queuing on the Saturday and Sunday for the waterpark was as expected and wait times for some rides was around 15-20mins but on the Monday and Tuesday we barely waited at all, so rides we just got straight onto and the others were only a few minutes.
The wave pool was fun, again more crowded at the weekend but better on the weekdays.
The food in the restaurant (buffet) was nice and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. Price wise, it was ok we did not take out an eating plan but not sure it would have been any cheaper for us as we did not eat every meal there.
Our room was spacious but the bathroom was tiny and dated with the sink outside of the bathroom.
We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone with children or adults who enjoy a decent waterpark.
