So so. Won’t stay there in the future. We have stayed other places for quite a bit less with really good views of the city, friendlier staff and some amenities.

The elevator really bad

Great location, clean but lobby area is very busy and extremely long lines at check in and at lobby shop.

Fantastic location in NYC. Staff was awesome.

The signage in the lobby directs you to check-in via the app. The app tells you to go to the front desk. The front desk staff tell you you’ll receive a text message when the room is ready (and to lineup again for 30-45mins). We didn’t receive a text message after waiting for 3HRS in the lobby. There is a $6/item charge for checking luggage. The elevators are so congested that we often had to take the stairs (up and down), in lieu of waiting 20-minutes per trip. We booked a room with 2 double beds for 3 occupants. There is no option for a king room + sofa bed or 2 queens. The double beds were actually twin-sized and could not accommodate 2 people. When we lined up (again) to speak to the concierge, he said we could change rooms to the next day (a king bed + a chaise lounger). Again, we were told we’d receive a text/phone call. We were not contacted. We were forced to push together the two “double” beds and have one person sleep on the crack. There were no toiletries provided, except a bar of soap. The fridge was not working and our food spoiled overnight. They give you a credit of $35 per day to spend at their restaurant(s). There is a 20% gratuity added to each bill and the wait times are approximately 30-mins (Starbucks) or a single drink is $20 (Library Bar). Overall, very disappointed after paying $2200 CAD for 5 nights.

Location was great for all things Broadway and Times Square. Price was reasonable for NYC and the attached parking was a plus. Our room was run down and smelled of mildew. Definitely not up to my standard of cleanliness. Elevators were slow and time consuming. Would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

Great location — very convenient, close to everything, and walkable. However, the hotel itself was disappointing. The elevators had long wait times and were often inaccurate. The service, especially at the gift shop, was a terrible experience. The only exception was the gentleman at Starbucks, who was genuinely kind and attentive. Cleanliness was also below expectations, dust was visible throughout the room. For the price and reputation, I would think twice before booking again.
