The front desk employee was great

This is an overrated hotel that is actually more of a motel. We walked into our room and there was a cockroach climbing up the wall.

Good location, very clean and nice staff.

Nothing fancy here, but it’s nice and clean ,in good condition, the towels smell clean, underground parking, and the guy at the front counter is really nice. Can’t ask for much more. Second time I’ve stayed here and I will be back again next year.

Almost like a motel 6

The room was bleak and not welcoming with vinyl flooring and the rooms have not been updated, nor the TVs. Lighting was too bright with no bedside lighting, only recessed lighting. No enclosed closet, just a rack to hang clothes next to the desk with a shelf. The room had an usual odor which stayed in my clothing and hair. Not enough towels or wash cloths for 2 people (only 2 towels). The bed cover looked dingy and just not clean. The "so-call" complimentory coffee was downstairs in the lobby and the condiments were less than impressive with powdered creamer only and cheap brewed coffee. The elevator was gross. However, the staff was friendly and helpful when asking for more towels. Two freeways and railroad tracks immediately above and across the street. If you want quiet...don't stay there! We were woken up at around 4 or 5 am with loud banging metal noises...Not sure where that was coming from but it was very loud. Trash cans on the outside were always full because they only give you one tiny trash can in your room.

Every stay is great, no issues. Peace and quite, comfortable bed, cold a/c, I can't ask for anything better

I booked this stay last minute and did not know what to expect. Upon arrival there was no parking available for my box van even when they said they would block off the one and only space that could've accomodated the truck, and they gave my wife crap about our dog. The description on Hotels.com said dog friendly. Also, we do not need to have our room cleaned everyday, so when we left for the day to do what we were in town to do, we left the "Do not disturb" sign on the door. Everyday the tag was taken off and the room was cleaned. I believe they wanted to make sure our dog wasn't making a mess, but still, there was no semblance of privacy. AND... They had a huge issue with use checking in after 6PM! We didn't arrive until 8, what kind of hotel isn't in the service industry?
