Un excelente hotel,tiene buena ubicación,cerca a la avenida principal,habitaciones amplias,cuenta con lavadora ,el personal es muy amable y nos oriento con los tours

The bed was so soft, and the room was clean — not fancy at all, but super comfortable. They even have an iron, washing machine, dryer, and a small gym. Right after I booked, Jay reached out, added me on WhatsApp, sent me maps, made a whole itinerary, and booked all my tickets. Everything went super smoothly. I ran into some other travelers along the way, and the next day they couldn’t get into the parks because they didn’t book in advance — made me so glad I had Jay’s help. The rooftop terrace was awesome — just grabbed a beer and watched the sunset. Highly recommend!

Very clean room and comfortable stay. Great location – close to the park entrance and many restaurants. The host arranged a pickup from the station for us, and the communication was smooth. They also spent a lot of time helping us plan our daily trips, explaining everything in detail. With their help, we avoided many mistakes and saved time. Would definitely stay here again.

The rooftop terrace was my favorite spot – super relaxing with a nice view, especially in the evening. But what really saved me was the hosts' help with the park tickets. The ticket system for Zhangjiajie is incredibly confusing, especially for first-timers. They explained everything, helped us book the right tickets, and we got through smoothly. So grateful for their support! Highly recommend staying here."
