Fantastic stay. Perfect Ginza location.

Everything is great except one complaint. There weren’t enough washer in the hotel.

This is the second time staying at this hotel. It is conveniently located near Ginza, Nihonbashi, Tokyo Station, and 3 minutes away from the Kyobashi line. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room and bathroom was very clean. 711 is located downstairs in the hotel and we enjoyed dining at Komeda Coffee shop, the food was very delicious.

What a wonderful place to stay. Laundry is on the 9th floor. They have all these cute amenities in the lobby that you can use like bath tablets and face masks.

The room was in a great location. Close to Tokyo Station and within walking distance to Ginza. The staff were easy to talk to and the amenities bar was a nice touch. The room was very clean and spacious enough for 3 people. The air conditioning was strong!

This hotel was ideally located. There is a train station right outside, as well as a 7 Eleven. This might not sound too exciting, but trust me, it is. Tokyo Station is also only a fifteen minute walk. There are any number of eateries and restaurants within walking distance. Walk into the ground floor and get bathed in the air conditioning. The amazingly friendly reception is on the third floor. All floors have a room with a vending machine and a microwave. This is handy because the 7 Eleven has tons of pre-packaged meals that you can zap. This is handy if you have become a bit fatigued with translating your orders in restaurants. The ninth floor has three washer/dryers which is great, (so much cheaper than a laundromat at less that $5 Aussie for a load), but they are almost always in use, so get in early. The rooms sizes are, well, let’s say you wouldn’t want to go any smaller. And in Japan, you can get incredibly small hotel rooms! They come with the world’s coldest air cons, Japanese automatic toilets, and the best showers in the business. If you’re a tourist, you are going to do a lot of walking so when you finally return to your room. Everything feels new, clean, and the beds are comfortable. There are USB sockets everywhere but to be honest, I’d buy a phone charger with an American plug next time. The Japanese power outlets don’t grip the plug like Aussie ones do, so it’s easy for adapters to dislodge out of the socket. I would definitely stay at a Roynet hotel again.

Convenient location without being in the heart of Ginza which at times can feel very crowded. Rooms are decent with a good sized bath, we love the fact that they provide a selection of skincare products at night - very thoughtful & hassle-free for travelers who pack light. There's also a coffee shop and a 7-11 downstiars, plus ramen/tsukemen place within minutes of walking. It's definitely one that I'd be happy to recommend & return to!

Excellent location, friendly staff

This hotel was above my expectations in every way. The amenities, bathroom, and location were all fantastic!
