Bene Room is clean and new. However we noticed a leak from the toilet and reported to the staff. Communication was difficult due to language barrier but eventually they sent someone over to do something. The problem wasn’t completely fixed but we were leaving in a day so we didn’t bother. I would think the right thing for them to do if they couldn’t fix the problem was to change us to another room and we brought that up.

Great location, staff is friendly & helpful. Appreciated the daily complimentary water bottles. Noticed there were no plates, utensils or cooking pans in the kitchenette, but we got by.
