Fantastico The property is located in an ideal spot due to its proximity to two stations. The metro lines were easy for us to use and access. But what really set this place apart from others is the hospitality of the staff and cleanliness of the rooms. They offer amenities like snacks throughout the day, help with luggage storage and delivery if needed and provide toiletries for all your needs. My husband especially appreciated the shower water pressure! Mgr Moon and the staff were super helpful in guiding us through how to use the luggage delivery services in Japan. She was also always very friendly and helpful with carrying suitcases up the stairs (no elevator) and in providing advice for the places we were planning to visit. She even reminded us they serve sake and snacks in the evening free of charge to relax in the lounge. We liked it so much we hope to return soon!

Ottimo Staff was awesome and could help with Enhlish communication. The rooms were bit old and congested for 3 persons. The bathrooms needed to climb stop up and were also space crunched.

Beautiful hotel, amazing staff. I had a single room which was clean and adequate. Breakfast is included but only includes bread and coffee, but it’s still good. I’d stay with them again

We’re a family of four booked in two deluxe rooms. The hotel was perfect for us. Comfortable beds and great showers plus good location.
We really enjoyed our stay here and the staff were very kind and helpful.
We will definitely be back next time we’re in Tokyo!

Super clean and convenient location. AC was probably the best AC we had the entire stay . Kept the room at great temp and staff was super friendly and helpful.

Exceptionally good hotel in a great location just a couple of minutes walk to two subway stations. Rooms are very comfortable and relatively spacious for Tokyo. Very good facilities and complimentary drinks and snacks in the communal lounge. We will be returning!

Fantastico Very nice location in Shinjuku! Close to a train station but far enough from the bustling streets to be able to rest peacefully. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay here again!
