Good location. Basic hotel with little aminities. Staff were ok. Only stayed one night

The best hotel experience I ever had in Italy. Great team. Great reception. Great emplacement. Recommend for everyone.

I booked this hotel 6 months in advance for 4 people. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told there is something wrong with our room and that they are going to move us to a different hotel. I felt very upset and there was a family of four behind us and they were given there room. So I’ve had a bad experience just entering this hotel.

Clean room and modern hotel but no iron - they had a steamer but no where to steam (as the coathangers were fixed) and no shower! Just a hose on the wall which you need to hold! But nice breakfast

Upon arrival, we were informed that we would be relocated to another property within the same category, close to the train station, due to a water leak. The suggested alternative had poor reviews on Google and was situated in a less convenient, inferior location. What made this situation particularly unacceptable was the complete lack of prior notice — we only found out upon check-in. To make matters worse, other guests ahead of us in the queue were being checked in without any issue, meaning we were being singled out for relocation with no clear justification. After firmly pushing back by pointing out that we had received no advance warning, that other guests were being accommodated normally, and that the alternative property was both further away and lower in quality, we were eventually assigned a disability-adapted room. No apology was offered, and no compensation of any kind was provided. The adapted room was noticeably different from, and inferior to, the room we had originally booked. To top it all off, after this entire ordeal, staff had the audacity to ask whether we would like to pay extra for breakfast. If you are considering booking this hotel, be aware of what happened to us.

Worst hotel no service never again

Nice hotel mid way located between Milan Central station and the fashion district. Breakfast was a good value w lovely long access hours 7-11. Only rec would be to have an outlet by the kettle in the room so that it can actually be used.
