This hotel is gorgeous! The beach & view were stunning & lots going on in the area. Our room couldn’t have been better. I have stayed all over the world & have never had a friendlier or more accommodating staff. They went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. They even helped us with transportation & outside excursions. Luis at the front desk was especially helpful & always had a smile! The food was great too.. breakfast, dinner, margaritas… everything! I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was here. I just wish we could have stayed longer.

I had the mar suite it was nice, shower was cold only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 3. Staff were very accommodating no complaints at all with the staff. Bar could have been a little better my drink was almost I drinkable, but I got a refund no issue. Overall if you want a stay that’s right off the beach and you’re not worried about all the small details this is a perfect place

Had a lovely stay!

Gorgeous property, gorgeous beach. We had such an amazing, memorable time here. We LOVED this location. So many exceptional food spots and boutiques just steps away. All the places you'll want to visit and things you'll want to do (cenotes, art museums, ruins, snorkeling, ziplining) are less than 30 minutes away. We stayed for a week in late November and saw no sargassum, had great weather, and it wasn't crazy busy anywhere. The beach was idyllic. We rented a car and were able to park for free in their lot across the street. Other nearby parking is also really affordable. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The only caveat is that there is a good deal of loud music from the neighboring hotel and the bar across the street almost all the time. The rooms are pretty soundproof, so it didn't bother us at night, but it does set more of a party vibe on the beach.
