Rengøringen var ikke god Han havde alt for travlt med at lave store håndklæde/sengetæppe dyr

Bene Nice resort, decent beach, food on offer has a wide selection. Staff were generally not too helpful, polite, or friendly. Perhaps it's the English language issue, but the men on reception made us feel like we were bothering them if we had a question.

Staff were very accommodating.
Overall Hotel and campus very nice. The room we had in Romance Regency is a bit dated. Pools very nice but only one heated so a bit cold in early march. Beach very nice. Food areas clean and waiters very good!

Rooms were clean and well looked after. Service was excellent in every part of the hotel which was lovely. Hotel well laid out, the ground were well looked after. Some food good.
Negative points, drinks, veeery limited, no wine, many bars ran out of beer, only full sugar soft drinks. Showers were not hot at all. Good ok, best food in Mexican and the above restaurant.
