Room was clean but really small staff was friendly little English and location was everything very close to station and Dotombori and everything shopping stores restaurants. I would stay there again

Definitely will not be staying here again. The room was much smaller than anticipated for a family of 4 with medium sized suitcases. There was no room to put anything.
We asked for extra pillows on the first night and they could only bring two. On the second night, we asked for extra towels and they said they did not have any. What kind of hotel doesn’t have extra towels?? Also, they do not provide cleaning service until the third day of your stay. This was not made known to me at the time of booking, otherwise I would have avoided booking. The trash piled up after a day or so, the garbage cans are very small. The wifi was poor if even existent. I would not recommend to anyone.

One of the best breakfast in Japan ever!!! I can eat here everyday! Clean rooms, really great location, close to everything, friendly staff. Highly recommend! Will come back for sure!

Pros:
- Great location and laundry is available in some larger rooms.
- Hotel is just over a year old and is fairly new.
- There is a tablet in the rooms to help travelers plan as well.
Cons:
- Cost can vary by hundreds of dollars per night depending on time of week/year though, so be careful.
- Very busy location. Lots of noise from the street and nearby highway.

Location (next to Dotonbori) is superb.
Rooms are very small.
Breakfast spread is average.
One has to inform the hotel for daily cleaning else it runs once every 3 days.
