Очень красивый отель, уютный, новый, стильный. Классное расположение, в самом центре. А главное, здесь очень отзывчивый персонал, который делает все для того, чтобы оставить самое лучшее впечатление о стране и ее столице. Мы бронировали стандартный номер, когда заселялись, нам сообщили, что для нас будет не стандартный, в номер делюкс. Было очень приятно. Чистый, светлый, большой номер, с огромной кроватью. Утром был прекрасный завтрак, шведский стол. Оставили вещи в отеле, пошли гулять, а когда вернулись за чемоданами, нам предложили такси до аэропорта, бесплатно. Спасибо за заботу.

Nice and tidy room, friendly staff, warm bed, wonderful breakfast. We arrived at midnight, staff was waiting us. Appreciate hotel kindly help. Recommend this hotel to family traveler.

If there was an option for 0 star, I would have given 0. 1. There was no water for the entire stay, and with kids it was very difficult. We could not use the washroom. 2. Room was very cold and with temperature set at 30 deg as well, it did not warm up. 3. Rooms had a spungent smell, especially the carpets 4. Parking was chaotic, and no reserved parking for the hotel. Not recommended with kids. With all these issues, asked for a refund which was turned down and I had to change my plans and rebook with extra amount another hotel for my stay. Really inconvenient and the worst experience ever.

Okayish property, walking distance from market. They do serve breakfast which was great part but the washrooms here have no ventilation so be prepared for that.

Uçuşumuzdan dolayı Otele gece vardık. Bir kaç saat bekledikten sonra, sağ olsunlar saat 10:30-11:00 Local arasında odamızı hazır edip bizi erken odaya aldılar. Dönüş uçumuş yine gece olduğu için, check-out saatimizin 14:00 L olmasını rica ettik. Yine bize yardımcı oldular. Ayrıca, gece uçumuza kadar valizlerimizi resepsiyona bırakabildik. Güvenli bir şekilde muhafaza ettiler. Bir valiz odaları yoktu, resepsiyon da küçük bir alandaydı, ancak oraya bırakabildik. Meidan Bazar'a 10 dakika yürüme mesafesinde, otel biraz tepede. Merkeze biraz daha yürümek gerekir. Odamız balkonlu olduğu için, manzaramız güzeldi. Muftaktaki çalışan bayan (kahvaltı) güler yüzlü ve kibardı.
