ルームクリーニング、ベッドメイキング、タオル交換、ミネラルウォーターの補充はこちらから依頼しない限り一切実施されない（タオルだけは廊下の棚に置いてある）。外出時フロントにカードキーを預け、戻る時間を告げるとルームクリーニングが実施されるシステム。
また大通りに面しているので車の走行音やクラクションがとにかくうるさい。窓ガラスは防音タイプでは無いようで、神経質な人は夜眠れないかもしれない。

Depends on what you are looking for as a traveller. Most important criteria for me with any accommodation is cleanliness…this room was dusty. Phone was covered in dust. Mattress was sunken in. Definitely a budget hotel.

The staff gave us an upgrade, and we were happy about it. But then, as soon as we got into the room we could not hide our disappointment. I understand that this was 2 stars hotel. However the cleanliness of this hotel was at its worst. I am pretty sure that they don't do proper room cleaning using housekeeping personnel. Not only the floor was dirty, but the stains on the walls, shower, and bathtub. Hairs were everywhere, and the refrigerator was never taken care of; it had a big chunk of coil frozen ice inside it. The overall condition of the hotel was not great compared to the price we paid. We are very much sure that this will be a great hotel if they actually take care of them, because the interior and the theme of the rooms were on an another level.

When I entered the room, I wanted cup of coffee, and took the coffee mug. This coffee mug had half drunk coffee in the mug. Obviously, the cleaning staff did not check, and did not replace and did not clean the coffee mug. Also, the sheets smelled and was not clean. Avoid this hotel.
