Loved my stay here. Took my son and two of my grandkids for just a short get away. The property was very clean and nice. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the stay very much and my grandkids had a blast. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a terrible experience. We arrived very early in the day, not offered an early check in. Treated like we had the plague, with our small dog. Very expensive stay for less than 24 hours to enjoy our room, because of our dog paid extra and would not extend check out even a hour without paying. Yes you have a captured audience!!! Your rude staff should get some training!!! I will never stay at any of your resorts again, shame on you!!!

Very clean hotel. Fun, relaxed Margaritaville vibe. The pools and lazy river were perfect for our 5 year old grandson. There are no life guards and the pool area is not monitored so it was a little rambunctious with older kids at times. The live music on Friday night was a wonderful addition. Bar was great. We were always able to find a chair anytime. The room was a typical hotel room but clean and well stocked. Being able to bring our dog was a huge plus. Breakfast was a hotel breakfast bar but a lot of choices. They were working hard to keep it stocked and clean. If you’re looking for a fun, family or adults only few days, you will enjoy it here. Not really walkable to other places unless you enjoy walking hills but it is a close drive.

First time at a Margaritaville Hotel and it was fantastic. We will definitely start staying at them in the future. The pool/pools both indoor and outdoor were perfect for the kids and adults. This place is a must to relax at after an exhausting day in the Gatlinburg area. Free breakfast was great and the outdoor bar restaurant was a great place for adult beverages. The rooms were nice and big and nicely decorated. Our only complaint is make sure you ask for a room that doesn’t have an adjoining room. The first night the kids and adults next door were talking and their voices came right through the door and we could hear every word. The next two nights had a businessman who woke us up with loud conference calls starting at 7:00am. Once again we had to listen to both ends of the conversation until we could get out of there for the day. That’s my only complaint. The pass through doors are the problem because we heard nothing from the room on the other side of us which was occupied. We would definitely stay again but just not in a room that joined another.

We absolutely loved our stay there!!! So much fun for our family! It was perfect for kids and adults! We enjoyed swimming and relaxing by the pool and thoroughly enjoyed that the restaurant was right there and we didn’t even have to leave to get us some cheeseburgers. They even brought the food right to us. We will definitely be staying there again. The only issue we had the entire time was our mini fridge wasn’t working, but that wasn’t a big deal. We didn’t need it, when we told them about it. They were gonna get right on top of it for the next guests. The location is great as well. Very close to everything.
