Great experience overall. Not fancy but it has all the essential and very clean. Breakfast is good but never varies which can be annoying if you stay too many days. Best return on the money.

Great for solo traveling! Room was sufficient in size and breakfast was included. Great location with convenient stores for random late night snacks. Restaurant and shops as well. Few mins walk to subway and buses. Staff was a life saver with providing power adapter. Brought the wrong one with me. I would stay again and recommend.

Place looks contemporary and clean, rooms are clean and has well designed space, staffs are friendly and accommodating, breakfast was really great and has good selection of beverages. Convenient location with interesting mix of restaurants and easy access to subway.

We had the luxury suite and we were very excited to use the tub except the water is freezing and takes several hours to even fill. The breakfast was the same everyday unforunately and kind of boring, and the staff wasn't as friendly as we hoped but we liked the size of our room and the location was very convenient.

We were in the family suite that slept 4. There are only one of those. The room came with access to a semi private terrace also on that floor. Free breakfast buffet was small but very tasty. They have a delivery zone on the 2nd floor… BUT most of the restaurants listed never once opened during our stay. Convenient for those getting work done at Gangnam plastic surgery clinic. 2 convenience stores close by. Elevators and lobby is tiny and often crowded with luggage storage.

My room was only cleaned on some days, even though the clean my room light was on, staff had moved my things around and hotel staff were not helpful. Staff in kitchen also gave me weird looks for eatting alot in the buffet downstairs. Would not come here again. Its also next to two brothels 40 metres away.

Advertised pictures were a far fetch from what our room actually looked like. The bathroom was much smaller than expected and the terrace was a shared one with another suite but we never used it so the added square footage advertised didn't really help us for our family suite which was the top floor. The design of the room is not great. All the light switches for the rooms are at the entrance which is very inconvenient for when you are already in bed and want to turn off the lights. I have stayed at a lot of hotels and there's always a room or bedlight switch near the bed. Very disappointing. I wouldn't stay here again.
