This is one of the most beautiful resorts I’ve stayed at\. The grounds are immaculate, the rooms are impressive, and every staff member I encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely eager to help\. The level of service is truly a five\-star experience\. Unfortunately, the resort falls short in two areas that have the biggest impact on an all\-inclusive vacation: the food and the activities\. While there are many dining options, the overall quality and consistency of the food are disappointing and don’t match the caliber of the property\. The entertainment and daily activities also feel limited, making it difficult to stay engaged over the course of a longer vacation\. Because of these shortcomings, I would recommend this resort for a three\- or four\-night getaway rather than a full week\. That’s unfortunate because the foundation is exceptional\. With meaningful improvements to the culinary experience and a more robust activities program, this could easily become one of the best all\-inclusive resorts in the region\. The beautiful property and outstanding staff deserve a resort experience that lives up to their efforts\.

We had a great stay in Family Selection area. Our butler Victor was the best part. The food was great, the beach was beautiful and the resort was pristine. The only thing I would change is more waiter service at the main pool and more bartenders at the swim up bar to speed up service. We will be back!

Buen hotel e instalaciones. Personal en general de buen trato y servicial, aunque faltan mozos en la playa del Family selection y más toallas que se acaban rápido. mención especial a Yajaira, Raúl , edit en playa y piscina y Cristina en The nest. Excelente somelier Fernando en los restaurantes!

El servicio de mayordomos por parte de Sarah, Víctor y Alejandro es maravilloso. La comida si deja un poco que desear, en general es insípida. A reserva del Restaurante porto fino, Adelita y le petit chef, los demás si tienen mal sazón, el servicio a cuarto de igual forma es de mal sabor y mejor evitarlo. La puntualidad en los servicios también deja que desear, por ejemplo el Gimnasio supuestamente abre a las 6:00 y estuve esperando una hora para que lo abrieran, lo mismo pasa con los horarios de los restaurantes por la mañana. Recomendación, implementar unifila en las paradas de los carritos, la gente no respeta el orden de llegada y nos tocó presenciar una pelea verbal bastante fuerte que casi llega a lo físico por no ordenar las cosas desde el inicio. Las instalaciones son de primera y la playa es súper limpia, muy poco sargazo.

We had a great time. The highlight was our butler Victor. He was absolutely the best we could have imagined!!! Our room was pristine, restocked frequently, with crisp white linen, turn down service, and wonderful pillows. The buffet, sushi, tepoanyaki, Mexican, Poseidon and pizza are all fabulous! (The steak house, and the nest for dinner both were quite disappointing, even though the setting and service at el dorado were great) Gaston at the buffet, Hugo at eldorado both took such wonderful care of us! Luis at the Japanese bar, and the family select pool and beach bar staff were all incredibly kind and accommodating! Michelle and Nicole with the kids club kept my little entertained and raine (I am not sure of his full name) who did archery with us was too fun and had us in stitches laughing! Don’t skip pizza or Poseidon, head to the buffet or nest for breakfast, and anywhere you have the option to get sushi, go for it!

Beautiful grounds…but that’s where it ends. Food wash trash, not worth the price at all.

The family selection staff was incredibly, they went out and beyond to make our vacation experience extraordinary!

I got stuck in the elevator, the beach rinse-off showers weren't working properly, they never mopped the room during my stay, and they broke one of my suitcases; I paid for an ocean view but could barely see the sea, and the room didn't really match the photos.

Everything was great !!!!
