We stayed at room 521. Room was so dirty and unclean. Windows are full of spider web and dusty. Duvets were unwashed. We were so dissatisfied

Definitely they need pest control as I have seen so many spiders in the cabin. The rest is just ok.

Very old and in need of a good clean. The top bunks were so dusty. When we questioned it and asked for a cleaner room he said it was cleaned a day or 2 ago and while there was one other room available that we could swap to it was in the same state. There is no way those bunks had been cleaned anytime recently. The floor was quite grotty. The dust was too much even for my mild allergies. I ended up having to medicate just to be able to stay in there.

Cabin was good but not cleaned properly. We found that the floor is not mopped and is really dirty. Cocroch are to be found.

Shower was not the best. One minute ok then went cold then boiling hot. Had to be careful not to get burnt. Couch not comfortable Bed was good
