Rooms never serviced. Bring your own shower gel and shampoo. Thin towels and only two per room. Cold breakfast from the buffet. Could do with having a drinks and snacks cabinet. Lumited cold drinks when resturant shut. Nothing around there shop wise. Bring supplies. On the plus the people at the desk were good. And walking distance to Orang-Utan, Sun Bear and RDC. Or 4 ringets in taxi, so cheap.

The bed an linens are very tired.
2 towels only no facecloth
No shampoo or conditioner
On soap for hands at sink.

Wonderful! Credits to Hannah and Winnah who were so caring from checkin to our departure! We lost our luggage and they were so caring. Working with the airport staff and asking for updates and when we finally got the luggage back, they were so helpful and checked in with us to make sure we were okay! They also gave us great recommendations on where to buy the essentials when we got there without our luggage and we also wanted to mention the restaurant staff was very attentive as well. Thank you so much for the care and we can't wait to visit again!

Clean room, extremely helpful staff, good location in walking distance to the orangutan nursery and the rain forest discovery centre. Excellent food at the restaurant.

Al di sotto della media we arrived in carpark with cases, expected to carry up long stairway, or roll up side ramp. impossible with 2 cases each. nowhere to sit outside, 1 chair per chalet outside, long uphill walk to reception, then down stairs to carpark to get to restaurant. food limited menu, breakfast buffet awful, mostly cold. what food they had in restaurant was cheap, we are both over 60 and would not return.only hot water if suns out.

Great place to chill before safari to Sukau. There is also a lot to do in Sepilok. Orangutan rehab and Sun bear sanctuary.

Perfectly adequate clean room, with air conditioning and fan, as well as tea and coffee making facilities. Good simple buffet breakfast. Within easy walking distance of the Orangutan and Sun Bear sanctuaries, the Rainforest Discovery Centre and other hotels and restaurants. Had no problem picking up a cab on Grab whenever we needed to go further afield or just wanted to avoid the heat!
