I do not recommend staying here. it seems more like a love hotel than and actual hotel. the claim of daily housekeeping was simply nonexistent they never came to our room in the 4 night we stayed here. the whole hotel reeks of chlorine for no apparent reason. there was a wildly uncomfortable plastic cover on the mattress. they only gave us one key card for 2 people. and there was zero sound proofing. overall horrible stay and far to pricey for what you get. if you are looking for something in the itaewon area i’m sure there are better options but this hotels location was good if you want to be a 2 minute walk from the main strip.

The light for the entrance to the room was on a sensor and turned on even just moving in bed. Far from ideal. Smelt smokey in the rooms although non smoking. Noise as others mention from local bars could be an issue if you like quiet rooms. Not overly clean- lots of hair and dust and things covering stains!
Great location and fine for one night.

Staff very nice at check in.
Room was okay, comfy bed. Bathroom needed an extra clean and would have been useful to have instructions for the toilet (one of those fancy ones with lots of buttons). Room very hot at night. Not enough plug sockets near the bed. No light switch near the bed so you have to get up to turn the lights on/off. Good location. Few minor issues with fixtures and fittings.
Did not eat breakfast as to early for us, only served
7-9am.

The staff were all very helpful and kind. Only reason I'm not leaving 5 stars is this hotel had advertised soundproof rooms and they definifely aren't. You can hear the bustle from the street outside as well as your neighbors. Some earplugs and you'll be fine, but I thought it was important to note.

Motion sensing lights at night are too sensitive and too bright.
The temperature was out of control.
The sink basin was not near the faucet and any time you run the sink it flooded the countertop
No space to get around beds.
No USB plugs
Trans people right outside the hotel would solicite me anytime I stepped out of hotel, really annoying

Good room. Bathroom sink needs to be replaced though, the handle fell off. Some people were talking in the hallway around 1 am which was inconsiderate. The hotel is not soundproof and they offer earplugs which is nice.

Ottimo Positives:
Clean room with older, but clean towels. The location and some staff members were very helpful, while some did not speak English and barely said hello.
Negatives:
My room had a view of the building next to hotel. It did not allow light to enter the room.
The TV remote and other room functions where in Korean without any translation cards to help facilitate function.
TV was unable to be changed into English and stayed in Korean during my stay - bummer:(.
I needed a room service, which did not happen.
I need to mention that one of the clerks at the hotel made my day is it is it for custom and without his help or assistance, I would have left and gone to a different hotel.

Room was clean and design was nice with a large bathroom. However, the walls are so thin you could hear an ant sneeze in the next room. Every single footstep, clatter etc you could hear in the adjacent rooms. The hotel seems in need of some serious maintenance upkeep, the bathroom fan made this horrible grinding sound when it was turned on. Half of the TV screen was darker than the other half. The shower pressure was a drizzle, it rained harder than it outside.
The hotel is also on a busy street filled with bars up a hill. Keep this in mind if you’re not a party person as the noise can be quite loud when you’re trying to sleep, if your neighbours are also being loud.
Good in some ways, worse in others. I probably wouldn’t recommend staying here if it weren’t for how close it is to bus stop and train station.

This hotel is a beautiful, classy gem sitting in an area that’s currently being renovated, with loud construction on all sides, taxis are blocked by excavators and dump trucks, the buildings across and next door are all either being torn down or will be soon. I appreciate the revitalization of this little block of itaewon, it’s just growing pains for now. The front desk staff were so helpful with excellent English. The party crowds nearby can be loud so if that bothers you, don’t stay in a party town. If you love the energy of gay bars and brunch cafes, this is a good starting point.
