The hotel and room were excellent. The location is great as it's right next to the Metro and with a picturesque park just opposite. The room was spacious, clean and well designed. I had a garden room, so I had French Doors leading out to the Garden and outdoor pool area, which is very well maintained. The only down point I had was that the hotel does not provide an Iron or access to one! Extremely frustrating as there is no facility to iron your clothes if you want to look smart for an occasion. I asked the staff at reception for one, and she just shrugged her shoulders, and I even sent them an email, and got no response. I travel a lot in the EU for work and this is the first time I have come across a hotel that doesn't have an Iron. Apart from that the hotel is well equipped and I would highly recommend it

Friendly staff, excellent location, clean hotel

We arrived at this beautiful building full of character our receptionist was full of smiles called Julia she had a warm welcome gave us a glass of local wine which was brilliant she gave us all the info we needed and maps even detailings each part then onto the room absolutely amazing very boutique and a bonus we had a balcony which looked onto the very smart garden and pool this B&B was absolutely central for us as just a little walk or metro into the busy centre Porto has a lot to offer and we will be staying again at this place Thankyou for making my wife’s birthday an enjoyable one. Keep up the good work you deserve to have a great B&B in a beautiful location until next time Thankyou.

From the outside one would wonder what they got theirselves into, but once inside it is quite comfortable and has a beautiful garden and pool in back.

Good range of local produce for continental breakfast. Staff were excellent, friendly, enthusiastic and very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay here. Lovely hotel with a gorgeous garden and swimming pool, friendly staff, convenient setting. Lots of shops, cafes and a metro nearby, easy enough to walk into Porto too. The room was clean, cool and comfortable and the garden really made it special. Great breakfast too! Staff were so helpful and welcoming. We’ll be back when we visit Porto again.

Wonderful hotel with fabulous staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The pool im the garden was a lovely addition. Room was spacious and well appointed. Highly recommended.

A beautiful hotel in a convenient location to get into town. The pool was a huge bonus, the breakfast was good and the room was comfortable. Other guests could be quite noisy in the corridors which we heard in our room - not the fault of the hotel but perhaps some signage in the halls asking for quiet especially during nighttime hours could be helpful. The only area I have to mark down on is the housekeeping could have been better - the coffee station in the room wasn't refilled, and the glasses we used were taken away/not replaced.
