The Noborisaka Hotel

Room originally felt a bit small but was fine once we rearrange some furniture to fit our luggage. We fit comfortably on the bed but if you are of a bigger build/tall then you may overhang. The view from the room is brilliant with Mt Fuji in the middle. There is also a lot of restaurants and some shops nearby so it was very convenient. Unfortunately didn't get to try the public bath as we were too tired.

Hotel is about 1.5 km from train station, walkable if not with much luggage, or a short 1000 yen taxi ride away. Room was quite large, and while room had private bathroom, the large, indoor public bath on the first floor was very nice and relaxing, very clean and large. There was also a smaller outdoor bath on a covered patio and garden area, with views of Mt Fuji (but not while actually sitting in the bath due to a fence to maintain privacy). Wifi in the room was excellent, which is not always the case with some hotels we stayed at in Japan. There was an outdoor patio on the 3rd floor between the two hotel buildings that offered clear, unobstructed views of Fujisan as well. Easy to use and very convenient laundry facilities on site as well! There is a Lawson konbini adjacent to the property and a shopping mall close by with a grocery store and some other shops. We highly recommend this hotel if staying in the area.

An amazing hotel and well worth paying for a mountain view, Fujisan was on full display. Friendly staff and great location. Recommend checking out Fujisan Pancake for breakfast, excellent!

The hotel information sheet given at check in was outdated. The mt fuji pancakes house did not open until 10am. Other than the disappointment of that the stay was fine.

The location is really good, close to the mall and restaurants, we booked for the room on the top floor to see the Mt.Fuji which is exactly what it shows on the pictures. Unfortunately the weather is not so good, too cloudy so that we’re not able to see it.

Beautiful property with a beautiful view.

The location was a very nice 23 minute walk from the station, we were not offered breakfast but Lawson is around the corner. The focus was to see Mt Fuji so everything else didn’t matter. Would stay here again

Hotel is well ubicated. Just a mile from Kawaguchiko main train station. The room was very clean, friendly staff, and great view of Fuji. The front desk clerk Son, was very helpful with all the questions we asked, he gave us service with a smile and a loving heart. Made our visit feel very special.....Thanks! All the restaurants he recommended had top quality food. Son, is the personification of Omotenashi!

This was a clean hotel The laundry is old and the dryer doesn’t work too well The location was a but far for us from the station but we liked it’s proximity to Fuji

The best thing about this hotel is by far the Mt. Fuji view. If you're staying here make sure you book a room with the mountain view.
