Horrible parking had to pay an extra 40$ , area is very ghetto , check in is all done through an app which is a nightmare, room was okay

Overall the property was amazing, I did have a small miscommunication but they reached out to me and make sure everything was okay. I enjoyed the property differently will booked again.

Loved this stay for being downtown! Everything is in walking distance, it was very clean, and also the rooftop pool was very nice! I'd definitely stay here again! 100% recommend!

Place was spotless and perfect for the volleyball tournament we were there for. We were a family of 2 adults and 1 teen. Our teen slept on the couch with no complaint. The pool and spa were awesome, they have tons of chairs and plenty of room. Ours did not have a balcony, which was a surprise because the pictures showed one. Our friends who rented the same one did have a balcony and we rented the same room. Apparently some do and some don't. It was too hot to be out there anyway so not a big deal for us. CHECKING IN and PARKING SUCKED! I called ahead of time to pay for parking (make sure to do this ahead of time to make it easier). I asked if I could park there before checking in and they said yes. Please add an on site representative. Calling into a 844 numbers waiting on hold for hours is unacceptable, I had a 30 second problem regarding a parking pass.

Wanted to extend my stay but it was like pulling teeth. Other than that the communication was excellent. However worrying if I had a place to stay was very overwhelming.
