Nothing was good

This appears to be a welfare hotel. Parking is in the street only and if you're not lucky enough to score a spot on the side street you'll need to feed the meter-monster $4 every 2 hours except Sunday. Breakfast is fair. Non-english speaking staff is difficult to communicate with. Rooms have fridge & microwave but we had to request an iron and ironing board. We checked out a day early with no problem of losing a day's rate, which speaks to how eager we were to get out of there.

Location was dangerous and not at all convenient to airport or Manhattan if your flight is delayed and spend a day in NY. Outside of hotel and lobby are not nice. However, the room is clean and fine for a quick overnight and may be sufficient if you are just going there and back to Newark airport

I stayed at this hotel due to a flight cancellation at EWR that happened to be the same weekend at the World Cup final. There were no choices available near the airport or anywhere in the surrounding area. My first concern was when entering the hotel and the staff were located behind secure glass. When I went to my room the doors to the rooms were industrial steel. The room was clean, besides the presence of a few red ants. I did not leave my room for the entirety of my stay. I was woken up in the middle of the night by a dispute that was happening in the hallway between two other patrons in the hotel. This continued for 2 hours. When I left early in the morning, there was a pile of soiled towels in the hallway covering up vomit and a cooler that was overturned in the hallway. When I informed the individual on the front desk, who was sleeping when I came downstairs, he was not aware that anything had happened and just looked at the screen which had cameras in all the hallways. He said he would call housekeeping.

No parking for customers, people coming in and out all night, could be ladies of the night there. There someone sleeping in the laundry room that may have children. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Felt unsafe did not sleep at all.

Disgusting, dirty very loud paint chips off the wall toilet stained brown. Street parking where your car can definitely be broken into.chair in room stained. Very small room. Never again

The room is decent, and the hotel seems to be in Fairly good condition but you don't have sometimes checking in can be a daunting task, maybe some sensitivity training with the Staffing might help other than that not a bad spot.

Not sure I’d recommend. The vape cannabis fumes were horrendous. It If I could have changed hotels I would have. They can do better.

Staff presents a “Family Feel.” Clean, neat housing. 👍I must mention that parking is a tall order, a pain, but shouldn’t deter you from booking a stay, as the price is significantly as friendly as the staff.✌️👍

Firendly staff, big parking but the room had some bad smell so they had to change it.
